Welcome to my world of healing and transformation.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to providing a sacred space where individuals can find solace, embrace stillness, and invite positive change into their lives. My Expertise: With extensive training and experience, I offer a diverse range of massage and energy work modalities tailored to individual needs. Drawing from my expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, I incorporate elements of Eden Energy Medicine, Intention Tapping, and other complementary techniques such as Flower Essences. This holistic approach allows me to address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances, fostering a harmonious state of well-being.

My Journey: My passion for the healing arts has been a lifelong calling. It began during my time as an Emergency Medical Technician, where I witnessed the immense impact of compassionate care during critical moments. This inspired me to pursue nursing, and I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Arizona State University. After working for a decade with Oncology and Hospice patients, I felt drawn to a more intimate, personal approach to healing.

Following my heart's calling, I pursued my massage license, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon in 2001. Since then, I have been joyfully serving my clients through my private practice, embracing every minute of this rewarding journey.

Continual Learning: As a lifelong learner, I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills. I am dedicated to incorporating various modalities and techniques that I have acquired throughout the years. Some of my favorite approaches include energetic therapies such as Eden Energy Medicine and Chinese Medicine, which allow me to explore the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.
