For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to helping people heal. From my early days as an EMT, becoming an Oncology and Hospice RN, to getting my massage license in 2001, I've been honored to walk alongside people during some of life's most challenging and transformative moments.

Today, I combine massage therapy with energy-based approaches such as Eden Energy Medicine, Intention Tapping, and Flower Essences to support healing on multiple levels. I believe that when we slow down and listen, the body often shows us exactly what it needs.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and accepted just as you are. From that place, healing, growth, and meaningful change become possible.
